MSC - Ready to Connect is a practical one-hour warm-up session designed to help you feel confident before stepping into a Chamber connection event. You'll learn simple ways to approach people, start conversations naturally, share what you do without feeling salesy, and leave a lasting positive impression.

The best part? You'll put these skills into practice straight away at the Business After Five that follows.

Our Ready to Connect sessions are for 1 hour before or after our event. 

The MSC - Ready to Connect session complements the Making Successful Connections (MSC) workshop

This pre-event session focuses on building immediate, practical confidence you can use at the event that follows. You can attend it before a full MSC workshop as a gentle introduction to get comfortable networking, or after a full MSC workshop to practise and reinforce the skills you’ve learned in a real-world setting.

Who this session is for

This complimentary, high-value session is ideal for members who want to feel more comfortable and confident at Sydney Hills Business Chamber networking events.

·       New members will be given priority (including employees from MyEnterprise member businesses, within caps)

·       Any member who feels unsure how to approach people or what to say

·       Members who identify as shy or introverted (extroverts are welcome too)

·       Members who haven’t had great past networking experiences (anywhere), or simply want to refresh their skills and share their experiences with others.

You have powerhouse facilitators, and experienced networkers, all with their own style, and all who receive great feedback from attendees. The allocated facilitator will also be at the networking event, and available to help you at the event if needed.
